Working conditions
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans;
- Implementing and maintain processes designed to achieve specific objectives;
- Assess any risks and the internal controls within a company;
- Make suggestions as to what needs to be done to rectify a failed audit or issues that were identified as problematic during the audit;
- Communicating with company management to determine audit requirements;
- To determine the scope and schedule of the audit;
- Auditing financial records to ensure firm effectiveness and efficiency;
- Analyzing data on net worth, assets, capital stock, income and expenditures;
- Designing and implementing audit strategies, procedures and programs;
- Developing risk models to prevent potential risks;
- Planning training programs for the development of audit personnel;
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets;
- To protect the confidentiality of the financial data of the company.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant disciplines BSc, as a minimum;
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as audit;
- Experience and knowledge within area of responsibility;
- Strong communication skills;
- Quality and detail focused;
- Ability to identify potential issues/problems and apply effective solutions as required;
- Ability and flexibility in learning new things and deliver productive work on them.
