Working conditions
- To provide administrative assistance to CTIO;
- To manage calendar of CTIO, arrange meetings;
- To handle incoming mail and calls ;
- To coordinate travel arrangements;
- To prepare expense reports on CTIO`s corporate cards;
- To participate in meetings, maintain and redirect relevant meeting minutes;
- To support for preparation of presentations and periodical reports;
- To create PRs and Purchase Orders related to Network Technologies Division, track and update requestors on status;
- To be responsible for dealing with Timesheets, leave request forms, sick leaves, overtimes and etc. for All Network Technologies Division;
- To be responsible for Network Technologies Division documents (to register, to track, to pass for signature etc.);
- To support team with stationary requests;
- To keep coordination with other divisions and groups and maintain relations between them;
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;

Requirements
- University degree (Preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration);
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Excellent command of English is mandatory;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy;
- Ability to manage and process high volumes of information;
- Responsible and punctual.
