Working conditions
- To provide administrative assistance to CTIO
- To manage calendar of CTIO, arrange meetings
- To handle incoming mail and calls
- To coordinate travel arrangements
- To prepare expense reports on CTIO`s corporate cards
- To participate in meetings, maintain and redirect relevant meeting minutes
- To support for preparation of presentations and periodical reports
- To create PRs and Purchase Orders related to Network Technologies Division, track and update requestors on status
- To be responsible for dealing with Timesheets, leave request forms, sick leaves, overtimes and etc. for All Network Technologies Division.
- To be responsible for Network Technologies Division documents (to register, to track, to pass for signature etc.)
- To support team with stationary requests
- To keep coordination with other divisions and groups and maintain relations between them.
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management.
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions.
- To keep confidentiality of the company data.
Requirements
- University degree (Preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration)
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Proficiency in Russian is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy
- Ability to manage and process high volumes of information
- Responsible and punctual.
