Working conditions
- Monitor SWT to ensure that all ASG VIP fleet maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current applicable maintenance data and the approved Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP);
- Maintains a system of monitoring and controlling ASG aircraft defects and discrepancies to ensure that all are rectified according to approved practices;
- Coordinates with the SWT and ASG Technical Procurement teams to ensure all tools, spare parts and components are acquired before any maintenance and cleaning events;
- To ensure that the ASG fleet is maintained to the highest levels of airworthiness and safety standards;
- Responsible for effective package creation, issuance of preload materials and any other support required for check execution;
- Develop monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and yearly man-hour forecasts vs man-hour utilised reports;
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- The company daily provides free service transportations from Koroglu m/s;
- Free parking for ones who uses personal cars;
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 10:00 till 19:00);
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
Requirements
- University Degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical /Aerospace /Industrial or equivalent is desirable;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency (written and verbal) in the English language is required;
- 5+ years’ experience in the Aviation industry, 3 of which working in the maintenance planning environment is desirable;
- Experience maintaining the Gulfstream aircraft type is desirable;
- Experienced in aircraft maintenance planning systems, procedures and documents such as (MPD, MRB, AMP) and SCAA regulations is desirable;
- Familiar with aircraft operating systems and components is desirable;
- Familiar with AAR rules and regulations pertaining to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft is desirable;
- Can demonstrate a working knowledge of AAR part 145 and part CAMO requirements;
- Experienced in working with a team of professionals (Engineers and Technicians) in a frequently changing environment with heavy work-load schedules and ad-hoc scenarios;
- Capable of working unsupervised in a dynamic environment;
- Very good task\workload prioritisation and time management skills;
- High accuracy and attention to both results and details;
- Goal-oriented and possesses effective problem-solving skills;
