Answer calls, respond to emails and “Whatsapp” messages
Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email and via “Whatsapp”
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into the system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms, and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
5 working day, 2 days off, flexible shift work
Note: could be required to work on different shift


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or economics
Azerbaijani and Russian languages are mandatory, English is preferred
Microsoft Office programs, Outlook user
Oral and written communication skills in the mentioned languages
