  • Position Responsibilities:
  • The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing these rules and requirements within his area.
  • The Lead Structural Engineer activities are planned to be performed both onshore and offshore.
  • To ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company and Client Procedures.
  • Develop the specification and design of engineering projects from initial concept through detail design, construction/installation and final close-out.
  • Supervise, Advise and liaise with the Discipline Design Team to ensure all design drawings and documents clearly reflect the agreed design philosophy and specification and are produced in accordance with the Company Management System and where necessary, Client procedures.
  • Prepare all necessary design reports and work packs throughout the design development phase.
  • Advise and liaise with the Planning Engineers in the preparation of project plans for all design and installation phases.
  • Ensure all project related equipment and materials are correctly specified and all necessary procurement documentation is produced.
  • Carry out inspections as required of onshore procured equipment and materials.
  • Supervise sub-contract installation personnel carrying, out inspections, repairs and installation of process systems and structures with regard to engineering projects.
  • To ensure that project equipment and materials have all necessary certification in accordance with the design specifications.
  • Attend scheduled trainings
  • Share experience and knowledge with new employees
  • Submit regular reports as per requirements of appropriate work related procedures
  • Respect the confidentiality of work related information
  • Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

Tələblər

  • Essential Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, structural engineering and architecture.
  • 8+ years experience in specific structural engineering discipline requirements,
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD will be a plus
  • Experience in structural design of building structures. Experience on a construction site,
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills is vital ·
  • Diligent and self-starter
  • Good team player · Demonstrate a Strong moral character
  • Willingness to accept feedback and take the necessary actions for improvement.
  • Work in-sync and smoothly with other engineering disciplines to provide economical engineering solutions
  • Lead by example and serve as a role-model for all employees.
