Responsibilities:

  • Carries out sales analysis, identifies target segments of products;
  • Influence brand sales through the development and implementation of effective strategic marketing and branding plans;
  • Organizes presentation of products for potential customers, holding thematic seminars;
  • Develops the pricing policy of products, determines the terms of sale;
  • Forecasts sales volume and orders products according to forecasts;
  • Carries out negotiations and correspondence with business partners;
  • Investigates the pricing policy, market share, sales activity of competitors and prepares a report to the management on the work done;
  • To put forward new proposals for the development of brands

Work conditions: 

  • Work hours 09:00 - 18:00
  • Work days 5/2  
  • Salary 1500 azn

  • Brand Owners oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees;
  • Good sales knowledge in the fitness and sport field
  • Ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals;
  • Financial management. Being able to effectively manage your finances is critical. Implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies; 
  • Delegation and time management, project management and planning;
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets;
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office,1C;
  • Diplomas and certificates / certificates on economic/ trade profile (desirable)
  • 3 years of experience in Retail field as a Sales manager or similar position;
  • “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills;
