Preparation of F&B department for operation including setting up tables, decorating the surroundings, light cleaning and other specified tasks;
Take care of guests from arrival to leaving the outlet according to standards;
Accept and provide guests' meal and drink orders, and, if possible, sell escorted products (services) in accordance with established standards;
Ensure that all sales transactions are properly registered in the Micros cash system, comply with the procedures for issuing, canceling or adjusting checks in the F&B department;
Know how to operate all the technical equipment which needs to be used;
Work closely in a supportive and flexible way with other employees and departments under the slogan “We are a team!”.
