To provide development and improvement of IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS Service Monitoring;
Close Monitoring of IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS service monitoring tools Performance;
To provide monitoring logics for active & proactive Operation for IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS Services;
Daily supporting operational policy & procedures by Monitoring Team;
Cooperate with Business units & Service stakeholders for normal operation & monitoring of IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS Services;
Provide technical leadership in IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS Systems and Telecommunication technologies;
To support Monitoring Team for initial analyses of root causes during IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS Network Services faults & interruptions;
Knowledge sharing;
Service Operations automation responsibility for IT/Billing/VAS/DTMS Services;
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
To keep confidentiality of the company data.

Azerbaijan, English, Russian languages;
Microsoft products;
Unix (optional);
Network & System Administration;
Self-motivated, creative, disciplined, critical thinking,decision making skills, reliability,team player;
Analytical skills, communication skills, persuasion skills, and presentation skills.
Telecommunication & information technologies university degree (Master degree is preferred);
5+ years ICT management experience/Experience in Mobile/IT network operations, architecture and planning;
Process Management;
Telecom Networks and systems administration;
Telecom signaling and protocols knowledge;
Principals of automation Tools and technics.
