- Defining and executing a clear IPTV and OTT TV product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market demands;
- Driving a continuous improvement of TV segment in processes;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content, marketing) to plan, develop, and launch TV products or features;
- Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the product's evolution and feature releases;
- Ensuring the IPTV and OTT TV product provides an excellent user experience, including usability, accessibility, and user interface design;
- Managing the budget for the TV product, tracking costs, and analyzing the financial performance of the product;
- Effectively communicating the product strategy, progress, and results to internal teams and stakeholders;
- Overseeing quality control processes to ensure the TV product meets performance and reliability standards;
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
Tələblər
- Higher education (BA or related); Master's degree in Computer Science, Media, or a relevant field;
- Tech-driven, user-centric, entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and capable of thinking outside the box;
- 5–10 years of experience leading or overseeing project deliveries;
- At least 3–5 years of experience in TV or media companies, ideally with a focus on large-scale implementations, change management, or process optimization;
- Deep understanding and empathy for customer needs and commercial drivers;
- Technical competence to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including architects, UX practitioners, and development teams;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, and English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
