- Create a structured training center with effective materials;
- Develop onboarding programs and improve processes;
- Facilitate training sessions using diverse methods;
- Measure training effectiveness and refine as needed;
- Maintain training records and report outcomes;
- Coordinate with line managers to collect necessary materials;
- Gather and organize information for creating presentations and reports for investors and partners.
Tələblər
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing training and onboarding programs;
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
- Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training content;
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern training methodologies;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
