- To calculate VAT NR for reflecting in VAT report;
- To calculate WHT for preparation and submission of WHT reports;
- To analyze and control application of taxes on invoices created in accounting program for making payments to foreign and local service providers;
- To monitor compliance of ID cards with the accounts in accounting program (VAT, WHT, Profit Tax, Asset tax etc.);
- To verify and confirm compliance of taxes based on the Tax Code requirements mentioned in contracts’, taxes and payments term;
- For submission of the half-yearly and annual report of the income tax report to the Reporting department and the tax office analysis of expenses and income and reflection of the financial result in the declaration;
- Analysis, processing and reporting of data for reporting property tax and other taxes;
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports;
- Issuance of changes in the tax procedure and policy of the enterprise on the types of taxes to be applied in the enterprise according to the innovations and amendments made to the Tax Code in the new edition;
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
- To keep confidentiality of the company data;
- Prepare and review tax registers and tax returns;
- Provide timely high-quality responses to tax desk audit inquiries;
- To arrange for regular communication with the accounting department as well as other departments for performance of job duties;
- To control tax related accounts in 1C accounting system;
- Performing other tasks as required.
Tələblər
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance;
- Excellent knowledge of local tax legislation and statutory regulations;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel), 1C knowledge, and other accounting software is an advantage;
- Min.3 years of experience in the fields of tax consulting, finance, and accounting (experience in international consulting companies is an advantage);
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
- Strong research and analytical skills and proactive approach to delivering solutions;
- Thorough understanding of general accounting principles;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels;
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
