  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in local offices, plants, and foreign subsidiary offices;
  • Partnering with structure heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for local and international contexts;
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and market-specific recruitment channels;
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture;
  • Advising hiring managers throughout the selection process to ensure optimal hiring decisions;
  • Collaborating with HR team members to ensure compliance with labor laws and consistency in recruitment practices;
  • Managing the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization;
  • Designing and executing induction materials to provide employees with a comprehensive understanding of their roles and the company;
  • Creating and maintaining job descriptions to ensure role clarity and effective communication of expectations;
  • Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and preparing detailed reports on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality;
  • Analyzing recruitment trends and continuously improving hiring strategies to meet evolving organizational needs.

Tələblər

  • Higher education (BA or MSc in HR, Business Relations, Organizational Development, or related field is preferrable); 
  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, including experience hiring for both local and expatriate roles; 
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and use of recruitment tools; 
  • Proficiency with MS 365 Sharepoint; 
  • Numerical ability;
  • Learning drive;
  • Intiative;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders across regions;
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment practices;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
