- Develop Training Materials: Create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and resources related to health, safety, and environmental topics;
- To introduce HSE instruction to each new employee and record it in special journals;
- To conduct periodic fire safety trainings and exercises for employees;
- To provide periodic HSE briefings to employees working in the company's offices and administrative buildings and record them in special journals;
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential health, safety, and environmental risks within the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them;
- To conduct external communications with contractors on Ecology and Health Protection / Environment / Technical Safety and deliver information to management as the instruction of Head of Unit;
- To check the relevance of legislative and normative documents on Ecology and Health Protection / Environment / Technical Safety as the instruction of Head of Unit;
- To participate in the training and testing of knowledge on occupational safety and health;
- To collect information on occupational injuries and diseases;
- To provide written recommendations on mitigation of significant / high / critical risks;
- To participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents;
- To control buildings and submit a report of all deficiencies to the Head of Office and Staff HSE Unit;
- Safety Audits: Conduct safety audits and inspections to assess compliance and effectiveness of safety measures and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Behavioral Safety Programs: Develop and implement behavioral safety programs to promote a culture of safety and encourage safe work practices;
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendees, and evaluations to track progress and compliance;
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators and make improvements as needed;
- Communication: Communicate HSE updates, policies, and best practices to all relevant personnel, fostering a strong safety culture.
Tələblər
- Higher education in a relevant field is an advantage;
- Trainer qualifications;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian and English is preferable;
- Strong Working ability with MS Office programs;
- Timely approach and operational support to events that occur 7/24 due to work obligation;
- Relevant certification in HSE;
- To be familiar with the main principles of the Labor Organization;
- Preparing HSE guidelines;
- To be familiar with international standards and respective norms of local legislation;
- Understand the methods of accident and incident investigation and root cause analysis;
- Working at height and lifting;
- To be familiar with the main principles of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001-2018;
- Knows the norms and rules of safety at work, safety equipment, and sanitary hygiene;
- Know the basics of work organization.
