Support the implementation of HSE mandates in coordination with management;
Manage the safe execution of construction projects both onshore and offshore;
Assist in providing necessary HSE services relative to the working location;
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific HSE plans;
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements through inspections and corrective actions;
Support site-specific HSE training programs and new hire orientations;
Analyze statistical data, inspection reports, and compliance surveys to track and trend results;
Investigate incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive actions;
Monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) procurement and training needs;
Manage control of health and environmental hazards, exposures, and medical emergency services;
Oversee HSE recognition programs and promote Zero Harm Culture initiatives;
Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard control measures;
Engage in continuous professional development and networking with HSE professionals.

Degree: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Safety or a relevant field preferred; OR 2 years of technical training required in lieu of a degree; OR equivalent work experience;
Experience: 10+ years of HSE or relevant experience required;
Certifications: HSE certification preferred.
