Manage and participate in day-to-day ERP implementation, enhancement or support projects;
Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures;
Manage, track, and provide solutions to ERP system issues reported by end users;
End-user support via telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face interaction;
Training of users in system’s functions;
Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support;
Execute testing of software updates;
Support in report creation through SQL Reporting Services;
In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Free parking for ones who uses personal cars;
The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on);
Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience;
MS Excel, SQL;
Experience working with an ERP is advantage;
Russian and English languages are advantage;
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
Ability to prioritise tasks and correctly define urgency;
Working in a team and strong communication skills to interpret problems of other departments;
Readiness to learn new programs as they are introduced and incorporated;
