- Responsible for AP (local and foreign), AR (local, foreign, and corporate);
- Reconciliation of sub-ledger to general ledger account balances;
- Review and control of all accounting accounts;
- Responsible for Bank vs. ERP reconciliation;
- Review tax accounts and their entries as per Tax Department’s reports;
- Entering necessary data into ERP system;
- Assistance in month and year end closing procedures and reporting;
- Assistance in preparation of budget and performing actual vs budget analysis;
- Supervision of accounting team;
- Responsible for fixed assets register in ERP;
- Record, maintenance, and reconciliation of Fixed Assets schedules in each entity;
- Additional reporting to CFO;
- Control of cost allocation;
- Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.
Tələblər
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance (master degree in Accounting, Finance is an advantage);
- Experience: Min 3 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance (min 1 year experience in fixed asset, inventory);
- Language skills: Professional level of English language;
- Managing experience is an advantage;
- F2 and F3 ACCA papers are a must OR transcript from the University which covers Management and Financial Accounting;
- F7 and F9 ACCA papers are an advantage;
- Big 4 experience is an advantage.
