- Identify and acquire new HoReCa clients;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts;
- Management of sales team;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities;
- Negotiate contracts and close deals;
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment;
- Conducting market research, supervising and monitoring the work of supervisors and the sales team;
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Fuel payment;
- Medical insurance;
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week);
- Salary AZN + monthly bonuses;
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
Tələblər
- Higher education;
- Proven experience in HoReCa sales;
- Min. 3 years experience working as a Sales director;
- Knowledge of the HoReCa market and trends;
- Excellent level of Azerbaijani language and Russian, intermediate of English;
- It is mandatory to have own transport.
