  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs;
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media;
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services;
  • Create frequent reports with sales and financial data;
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
  • Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences;
  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing complaints or objections;
  • Act as a point of contact between customers and the company;
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with customers;
  • Gather market and customer information to understand customer needs;
  • Respond to customer queries, resolve objections, and encourage purchases;
  • Advise product developers on product improvements and discuss special promotions;
  • Create proposal documents as part of the bidding process;
  • Inspect stock inventory and product quality on display;
  • Provide accurate quotations and cost calculations to customers;
  • Collaborate with team members for better results;
  • Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams.

Tələblər

  • Previous hotel sales experience is preferable;
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software;
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS is preferable;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, or/and English languages;
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
