- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media;
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services;
- Create frequent reports with sales and financial data;
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
- Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences;
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing complaints or objections;
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company;
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with customers;
- Gather market and customer information to understand customer needs;
- Respond to customer queries, resolve objections, and encourage purchases;
- Advise product developers on product improvements and discuss special promotions;
- Create proposal documents as part of the bidding process;
- Inspect stock inventory and product quality on display;
- Provide accurate quotations and cost calculations to customers;
- Collaborate with team members for better results;
- Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams.
Tələblər
- Previous hotel sales experience is preferable;
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software;
- Knowledge of Hotel PMS is preferable;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, or/and English languages;
- Highly responsible and reliable.
