  • To receive visitors at the reception desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
  • To receive and re-direct all telephone calls as appropriate and taking messages when required;
  • To manage correspondence and communications by telephone, fax and email;
  • To register and manage company guests and visitors;
  • To arrange necessary access card for company visitors;
  • To manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture;
  • To document Flow;
  • To reception and common area;
  • To manage meeting room availability;
  • Other responsibilities;
  • To provision of reports and documentation.


  • Bachelor degree;
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both writing and speaking);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being a team player;
  • Customer focused, proactive and good understanding of Company strategy and business model;
  • Professional attitude and appearance/Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
  • Punctual with strong attendance history;
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Good telephone communication etiquette;
  • Organized and resourceful.
