- Develop, implement, and improve Quality management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
- Maintain the Quality management system and always ensure that records are generated according to the system;
- Developing the management systems by procedures, ensuring their successful implementation;
- Understand quality performance through timely performed gap analysis and identifying areas for improvement by providing related plan;
- Develop yearly internal audit program and ensure that audits timely executed, and they are compliant with corporate policies and procedures;
- Conducting internal Audits and participating in external audits performed by clients or certification bodies, providing support to teams in preparing for external assessments;
- Prepare quality objectives with management team to improve business efficiency and performance;
- Registers all NCRs generated from Internal & External audits and client complaints and follow up, ensure that all NCRs are closed out in a timely manner and evidence are recorded in the system;
- Develop NCR register tools to track non-conformances;
- Monitor and manage NCs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in quality management;
- Act promptly and effectively upon receipt of customer complaints;
- To identify the root cause of customer complaints, develop and implement corrective action plans;
- Identifying & raising non-conformances or trends within QMS, prepare quality reports and corrective actions / improvement measures;
- Complete customer quality questionnaires required for tendering or bidding purposes.
- Work effectively across the business to identify and solve QMS issues;
- Manage all customer and internal requests related to quality in a timely and efficient manner;
- To maintain/develop all necessary QMS processes and documentation to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of quality standards in accordance with company or customer requirements;
- To provide training to company personnel relating to QMS system procedures policies as well as customer expectations with regards to quality;
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation;

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field;
- Minimum 2 of relevant experience in Quality Assurance;
- Fluency in English (Russian is preferable);
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate;
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards;
- Competent in the use of MS Office applications;
- Depth working knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems, and operational processes;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
