  • Develop, document, and continuously improve business processes to align with ISO standards and industry best practices;
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations;
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards;
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting key trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and driving quality initiatives.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor certificate achieved from an internationally recognized training academy;
  • Proven experience in a QA management role, preferably within the telecommunications industry;
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and experience in implementing and maintaining ISO-compliant processes;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization;
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions;
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable;
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools/software.
