  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to define and prioritize the product backlog based on project goals and stakeholder needs;
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers to ensure clear understanding and execution of product requirements;
  • Research and analyze similar products and solutions to recommend innovative features and improvements;
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for development tasks;
  • Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions to ensure the development team stays aligned with project objectives;
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide updates to stakeholders;
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring product vision is consistently aligned with business objectives;
  • Assist in testing and validating new features to ensure they meet defined requirements.

Tələblər

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role;
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely;
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on software solutions for call center or case management systems;
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and its implications for product development;
  • Knowledge of PBX software systems or omnichannel communication tools is a plus.
