İş haqqında məlumat

To support for creation, development and monitoring of Annual procurement plan;
To support in compiling and analyzing procurement data from available databases;
To support in monitoring of Procurement performance metrics on regular basis or by special request;
To support in keeping Vendors database up to date;
To communicate with potential and current suppliers on Vendors Database matters;
To keep Contract Planning Tool up to date;
To support improvements to streamline and automate Procurement process flows in accordance with Telco Digitalization Strategy;
To support Performance Manager on daily routine tasks and ad-hoc projects;
Understand Content goals and KPIs and be able to align reports and insights based on them. Identify and investigate trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Bachelor's degree or higher;
2+ years of relevant experience;
Experience / knowledge in statistics, SQL, Python/R, Tableau and advanced Excel – required;
Ability to demonstrate data using data warehouse and create meaningful insight and visualization;
Fluent in the Azerbaijani and English;
Solid user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint);
Teamwork and collaboration skills;
Strong communication skills;
Multitasking;
Researching;
Innovative thinking.
