  • Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with partners across the 6 countries we operate in, focusing on enhancing partner capabilities and ensuring alignment with Softgile’s objectives;
  • Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell and implement Atlassian solutions effectively;
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent partner strategies across the countries where we operate, and maintain alignment with global sales and marketing initiatives;
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Track partner performance and deliver regular updates on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive growth;

Tələblər

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the IT, SaaS, or Atlassian ecosystem;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record in managing and growing partnerships;
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Russian) are a plus;
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
