- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with policies;
- Organize and manage schedules for teams, meetings, and resources, ensuring all operational needs are met;
- Assist with the allocation of resources (personnel, materials, equipment) for various operational tasks;
- Maintain clear communication between teams, departments, and external vendors. Provide regular reports on operational progress and challenges;
- Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions in a timely manner;
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, including reports, and logs;
- Train, and supervise a diverse team of employees. Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance;
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards. Address and resolve customer concerns and feedback promptly;

Tələblər
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is required;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset;
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed;
