- Oversee daily restaurant operations: manage staff schedules, monitor cleanliness, and ensure smooth functioning in the dining area, kitchen, and storage;
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, provide performance feedback, and resolve any conflicts;
- Maintain high customer service standards: handle complaints, monitor satisfaction, and implement improvements;
- Manage inventory and supply chain: track food, beverage, and supply levels, and minimize wastage;
- Handle financial duties: prepare budgets, analyze sales data, monitor expenses, and process payroll;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations;
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the restaurant, develop strategies to increase revenue, and manage online presence;
- Plan and execute events and promotions, and oversee equipment maintenance;
- Organize student orientations, assist with registration, and provide academic guidance;
- Offer personal and career counseling services, including workshops and job placement support;
- Help students with housing, transportation, and campus access;
- Guide students through financial aid and scholarship applications;
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration, addressing concerns and gathering feedback;
- Organize wellness programs and ensure emergency support for students;
- Foster alumni relations through events and networking opportunities;
- Develop and enforce SOPs and guidelines for student services;
Manage educational policies, class schedules, and resource availability; - Collaborate with academic staff on curriculum development and educational events;
- Oversee student recruitment strategies and admissions processes;
- Track and report on academic and operational performance;
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to operations and staff training;
- Full-time with evening and weekend hours based on operational needs;
- Occasional travel for vendor management and industry events;

Tələblər
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field. Master’s preferred;
- Experience: 3+ years in management, preferably in hospitality or education. Experience in culinary education is a plus;
- Skills: Leadership, financial management, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in restaurant management and school management systems;
- Other: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must thrive in fast-paced environments and handle multiple responsibilities.
