  • Manage and oversee daily office operations;
  • Assist and Coordinate in  administrative tasks and maintain office efficiency;
  • Supervise support staff and ensure  productivity;
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and reporting;
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory;
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams;
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures;
  • Understanding of Quality management skills.

Tələblər

  • Excellent language skills written and spoken Azerbaijani , English and Russian;
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, excel, Power point and project management tools);
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail;
