- Provide support and necessary information to the visitors;
- Plan conferences and meetings for the staff;
- Internal documentation management;
- Registration and issuance of incoming and outgoing documents;
- Preparation of letters;
- Track requests for payment and send payment to accounting for processing;
- Maintain and update contact lists and other office-oriented documents as needed;
- Assist in other matters and responsibilities as assigned.
Tələblər
- Bachelor`s Degree;
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
- Willingness to adapt to and learn quickly;
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
