Maintaining smooth operation of company networks;
Installing and configuring WLC,WiFi AP, L2\L3 switches, routers, firewalls and other network devices;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Building security policies due to requirements;
Experience and knowlidge of VoIP systems, especially with 3CX;
Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults;
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
Mounting of active equipments;
Testing and evaluating new technology;
Designing enterprise network infrastructures;

Education: Higher education (technical education is preferable);
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position;
Language skills: Knowledge of Azeri, Russian, English language;
Good troubleshooting skills;
Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI models, S2S VPN, Remote Site VPN, Encryption technologies;
Knowledge and experience switches, routers, VoIP systems;
Knowledge and experience with NG firewalls like PaloAlto;
Attentiveness;
Good customer service skills;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel and customers at all levels;
Recommended certification required: CCNA, CCNP (Preferred), PCNSA.
