Assist in the drafting and review of agreements, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws;
Support senior legal staff in conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to the company’s operations;
Help prepare legal opinions on contracts and agreements, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies;
Ensure the proper filing and organization of legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and regulatory filings;
Assist in drafting and submitting corporate documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings;
Monitor changes in local, national, and international laws that may impact the company and prepare reports for the legal team and management;
Help with obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for business activities, including submissions to relevant government authorities;
Provide support in intellectual property filings, registrations, and renewals, ensuring the company’s trademarks, patents, and copyrights are protected;
Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance with employment laws, corporate governance, and industry regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Law;
1-3 years of experience;
In-depth knowledge of Civil law, Civil procedural law, Labor law, Administrative law and Administrative procedural law;
Academic legal writing skills, ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyer partners;
Legal risk assessment and analytical skills;
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
