- Key Account Managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives;
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities;
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to Commercial Director, including forecasts, sales performance, and market analysis;
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients wholesalers/retailers;
- Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight and work closely with product to improve foreign market sales;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts;
- Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan;
- Shuttle bus service (from 20 Yanvar) and lunch are provided.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field;
- Proven experience in B2B retail experience;
- Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets;
- Ability to build rapport with key clients;
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts;
- Strong analytical and managerial skills;
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English.
