Organize, control, and execute the receipting and shipping procedures for items in the warehouse;
Arrange the delivery or shipment of goods to customers, service technicians, and branches according to the shipping list generated by the counter/system;
Ensure that all items are stored according to CAT’s storage process and contamination control program;
Oversee the checking and receipting of returned parts from customers and workshops, subject to approval by the Operations Leader;
Work with forwarders to arrange shipments of goods to customers, branches, and project sites;
Organize and participate in periodic and year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracy;
Provide required reports and updates on tasks, developments, and any arising problems to the superior office;
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and documents related to warehouse operations;
Methodically pack items to ensure safe and efficient shipment;
Carry out any other tasks specified in warehouse procedures or assigned by the supervisor;
Organize, control and perform receipting and shipping procedures of the items in warehouse.

College Diploma or graduate pursuing a Degree in Economics, Logistics or related fields;
The ideal candidate will need proactivity and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving and dynamic environment;
The ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team;
Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills;
Must be a self-started and highly motivated;
Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for deliver the best employee experience;
Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferred;
Excellent computer literacy with capability in email and MS Office;
Local candidates strongly preferred.
