A minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field (construction);
English language proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English (REQUIRED);
Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field;
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations;
In-depth understanding of local construction regulations and normative acts;
Experience with international projects or working with sustainable construction standards is considered a plus;
Ability to adapt to team dynamics and manage time effectively.
