- Ability to work with e- invoices and reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies;
- Ability to work with electronic government portals;
- Making payments on bank accounts;
- Processing reimbursement forms;
- Creating and updating expense reports;
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases;
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy;
- Review and file payroll documents;
- Establishing comfortable communication with customers, conducting confrontations;
- Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm.
Tələblər
- Accounting diploma or graduate degree;
- Minimum of 1 year in an accounting or administrative role;
- Fully bilingual (Azerbaijani, English and Russian);
- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships;
- Strong administrative and time management skills;
- Ability to take initiative and to multi-task;
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, 1C accounting);
- Good attention to detail, well organised and structured;
- Self-motivated;
- Ability to work under pressure within time constraints;
