- Computer diagnostics and daily troubleshooting;
- Installing and debugging various operating systems and software;
- Eliminating network failures and preventing them in the future;
- Debugging printers and solving problems that may arise with peripheral devices;
- Implementation of preventive work during the week;
- Ensures the implementation of changes in the information system, creation of backup copies, monitoring of its activity and uninterrupted operation in order to establish, implement, support and continuously improve information security;
- Recording and prompt resolution of incidents related to information security, as well as preparation and submission of reports on relevant incidents;
- Implementation of the coordination of IT related works in the project related to the introduction and integration of the new version of the software, if necessary;
- Installation of new hardware and software;
- Registration and control of software licenses;
- Email installation and configuration;
- Location: Deniz Mall, Neftchilar ave.,26 A.
Tələblər
- Age: 23-40;
- Education: Bachelor degree in IT;
- Fluent Azerbaijani, high level of English, good Russian is a plus;
- Experience: 3-5 years (depending on the field);
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to be responsible and show exceptional attention to detail;
- Quick and smooth completion of tasks;
- Understanding of key processes in the IT and Help Desk area;
- Ability to think broadly and use alternative solutions when necessary.
