- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office;
- Maintain and secure confidential records and inquiries appropriately;
- Coordinate expat employees' relocation to Azerbaijan;
- Assist expat employees with questions and provide necessary support;
- Help expat employees find suitable accommodations and address accommodation issues;
- Format and complete special projects assigned by the director;
- Ensure compliance with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Tələblər
- University degree in a related field;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required;
- Experience in administrative or office management roles is desirable;
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
- Knowledge of relevant local laws, rules, and regulations is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
