  • Identifying Customer parts and service needs by phone calls and offers suitable Cat and Non;
  • Cat solutions;
  • Develop and execute a call programme while maintaining and update the customer listing;
  • Become the customers’ prime source of information regarding BMA’s equipment offering;
  • Update and inform the customers on their machine order status;
  • Offering alternative solutions to customer and help them to select most suitable one;
  • Follow up depths and work close with PSSR for money collection;
  • Communicate all customer complaints to Customer Relation Specialist;
  • Meet with customers visiting the office to discuss opportunities;
  • Face-to-face customer visits will be assigned, accompanied by their manager;
  • Calling assigned customer periodically, update customer information in the system;
  • Informing all customers about EM Solutions in order to create opportunities;
  • Escalation of potential problematic issues to Manager;
  • Work with Marketing Department on the creation & validation of marketing materials;
  • Responsible for identifying timing and job details including gathering all information for the machines and importing this information into a database in order to present a proposal for recommended spare parts to the customer on time;
  • Perform other tasks, duties and assignments as required.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Business, Marketing;
  • Business/Marketing Analytics, Communications, or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant role;
  • Strong communication, analytical, leadership and influencing skills and ability to operate independently;
  • Experience with heavy equipment;
  • High level of competence in preparation and presentation;
  • Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail;
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills;
  • Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines;
  • Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service;
  • Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability;
  • Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred;
  • Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage);
  • Ability to travel on occasion;
  • Local candidates strongly preferred.
