- Conducting orientation training for new employees in projects and monitoring their adaptation process;
- Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave);
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules);
- Conducts benefits orientations and oversees annual benefits open enrollment process;
- Calculating employee turnover and analyzing its direct and indirect reasons;
- Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization;
- Identifying training needs of employees and preparing training plans;
- Implementing other HR practices within the company;
- Preparing required reports;
- Coordination work with partner companies and Governmental Bodies.
Tələblər
- Education: Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration and equivalent level of experience;
- Computer skills: Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular);
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask;
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Knowledge of general HR practices required.
