This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Amal Group in Baku. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, managing the recruitment and selection process, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Recruitment, Selection, and Employee Relations management skills;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani labor regulations and compliance;
• HR strategy development and implementation skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
• Experience in performance management and training programs;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
