İş haqqında məlumat

  • Collection of necessary documents from the employees;
  • Working in EMAS electronic system;
  • Prepare all HR related documents for new hires, terminations and other changes;
  • Provide required HR related information for managers and finance team for internal or external reporting purposes.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor or master degree in HR or relevant field;
  • At least 1 year related experience in HR;
  • Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English  - good (preferable);
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook;
  • Ability to work with the electronic government portal;
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills in human negotiation, with the ability to build rapport and influence others;
  • Proficiency in teamwork with a dynamic, active and highly enthusiastic approach;
  • Ability to identify suitable candidates for open positions;
  • Personal ethics and integrity.
