- Support the onboarding process for new hires;
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases;
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events;
- Other HR-related tasks as needed.

- Təhsil - Bakalavr;
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian;
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and proactive in taking on tasks.
