- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual Human Resources reports for the group of companies and submission to senior management;
- Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations;
- Facilitating implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives;
- Implementation of participation in salary surveys;
- Assisting HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets;
- Guiding and assisting with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes;
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices;
- Support for the performance of work on the reward system.
Tələblər
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or closely related field;
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible human resources experience;
- Computer skills: Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint and Visio);
- Experience in total rewards, performance management areas of HR;
- Demonstrated experience in employment law, regulatory knowledge, and reporting compliance.
