- Processing employee payments for accrued balances, sick leave, unemployment, compensation, and social insurance;
- Managing salary card issuance, updates in the 1C program, and employee bank account details;
- Handling advance payments, salary deductions, and monthly payroll calculations;
- Preparing salary payment documents and executing electronic bank transactions;
- Closing work schedules in IC before month-end and generating reports for tax and internet banking purposes;
- Preparing travel expense calculations, annual/quarterly budgets, and employee count files;
- Managing agreements and payments with Pasha Life Insurance;
- Assisting employees with HR matters, including vacation balances and legal documents;
- Calculating bonuses, support funds, and final employee payments;
- Completing daily payroll operations and preparing required reports and forms;

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Around 2 years of proven experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or a similar role;
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., 1C) and MS Excel;
- Attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude for payroll calculations and budget preparation;
- Solid understanding of labor laws, social insurance regulations, tax compliance and employee benefits administration (sick leave, maternity, unemployment, etc.);
- Proficiency in maintaining digital and physical records;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and a strong sense of ownership in achieving solutions.
