- Develop and implement the foreign sales strategy in alignment with company goals;
- Oversee and control the commercial sale of goods abroad on behalf of the company;
- Manage negotiations with clients to ensure the company’s interests are met;
- Supervise sales teams responsible for finding new customers and analyzing market demand;
- Oversee customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and ensure sales operations are customer-centric;
- Protect the company’s reputation and confidentiality of trade secrets;
- Analyze daily sales activities, provide monthly reports to management, and propose ideas to boost sales and attract new clients.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree;
- Fluency in Russian and English;
- 5+ years of experience in international sales (2+ years in a managerial position);
- Experience in heavy industry is a plus.
