  • Develop and implement the foreign sales strategy in alignment with company goals;
  • Oversee and control the commercial sale of goods abroad on behalf of the company;
  • Manage negotiations with clients to ensure the company’s interests are met;
  • Supervise sales teams responsible for finding new customers and analyzing market demand;
  • Oversee customer satisfaction, analyze feedback, and ensure sales operations are customer-centric;
  • Protect the company’s reputation and confidentiality of trade secrets;
  • Analyze daily sales activities, provide monthly reports to management, and propose ideas to boost sales and attract new clients.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Fluency in Russian and English;
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales (2+ years in a managerial position);
  • Experience in heavy industry is a plus.
