Tələblər

2 years of experience in graphic design;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field;
Relevant certifications in Graphic design are preferred;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.
Knowledge of MS Office package;
Ability to understand the brand's vision & lead high-performing marketing strategy;
Experience with design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc;
Experience with Client Journeys, Channels & Funnels;
Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design;
Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;
Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals;
Create design style of company and direction of content;
Creating presentations concept;
Creating design concept of events;
Creating monthly and one time design for social network;
Creating design adaptation for several digital placement;
Receive and analysis brief of design from startups;
Lead and create the content of startups;
Revise and optimization changes request from startup;
Creating print materials file design;
Create design print materials for startup;
Review, analysis and audit content plan ideas;
Analysis and research best practice of design style for startup;
Consulting existing design concepts of startups;
Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
Excellent communication skills,
Excellent attention to details and accuracy;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative;
