İş haqqında məlumat

  • Contact and manage the onboarding process for all tutors;
  • Assist students with their educational needs, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey;
  • Conduct regular calls with tutors to address questions, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with educational goals;
  • Maintain effective communication with both students and tutors to facilitate a positive and productive learning environment;
  • Monitor and support tutor performance, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of students;
  • The working schedule is from 09:00 to 18:00.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred);
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Previous experience with the education sector is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
