- Coordinate document control activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, company procedures, and client requirements;
- Facilitate effective communication among internal and external customers, the Group Procurement team, storekeepers, requesters, BUMs, and suppliers;
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Head of PSCM;
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure timely updates in report lists;
- Identify and document delays in the procurement process, promptly informing necessary stakeholders to address issue;
- Ensure all procurement-related documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members and stakeholders.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related area;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in Russian is preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
