- Manage digital transformation processes within Operations and Functional Departments;
- Implement new tools, ensuring smooth transition and adoption;
- Develop workflows, policies, and procedures for data management;
- Ensure seamless data flow between various systems (e.g., ERP, BI, CRM);
- Create data/KPI dashboards for management decision-making;
- Oversee farm-management tools, supporting users and driving enhancements;
- Identify digital solutions to automate and improve operational efficiency;
- Provide digitalization expertise for due diligence and strategic projects;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and quality standards;
- Lead teams through technology changes and organizational restructuring;
- Support the development of data governance and architecture.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred;
- 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation projects in medium to large organizations;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; additional languages are a plus;
- Proven experience in managing change processes and cross-functional collaboration;
- Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple initiatives;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Agriculture/Agri-Food industry is a plus;
- Proficient in digital technologies, data analytics, and BI solutions (e.g., Power BI);
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce);
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies is advantageous;
- Experience with project management tools for Agile teams (e.g., JIRA).
