Design, implement, and manage security measures for our network, operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS);
Monitor security systems for threats and vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner;
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices;
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate security risks, and recommend and implement appropriate controls;
Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends, and continuously evaluate and improve the security posture of the organization;
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure that security considerations are integrated into the planning and execution of all business activities;
Communicate complex security concepts and risks to non-technical stakeholders, and provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices;
To install and manage the operation technologies cyber security components (AWL, IPS, IDS, SIEM, Anomaly detection, etc.), to plan, implement and perform the maintenance, operation, backup, update works personally when necessary;
Ensuring the commissioning of patch and update components of the systems in the operation technologies inventory, planning and implementing these processes within the standards;
To follow the cyber security processes related to operation technologies critical infrastructures and control systems infrastructures, suggest requirements in line with technological developments, manage related projects. To be in close communication with IT teams, follow the incoming actions, take an active part in the projects of the cyber security teams.

Tələblər

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
Experience: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on the oil and gas sector;
Strong foundation in cybersecurity technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), encryption, and network security protocols;
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and knowledge of various security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001/27019, IEC 62443, API 1164;
Cybersecurity certifications, such as certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are highly desirable.
